Supervised by none other than ‘Italian Stallion’ Nick Mazzone of My Kitchen Rules fame, the project was the renovation of Kildare College’s home economics facility. The original curved wall was constructed with clay bricks. The client wanted more light in the room and an easily maintained surface without the need for additional window treatments.

The transparent DT metallic blocks were used as they provide maximum light transmission and the colours chosen were installed in a stylised pattern corresponding with the school’s crest.
